Are the videos made with AI?
Yes. The visuals and any synthetic voices are AI-generated, then selected and edited into a finished short. The work is creative illustration. It should not be presented as live footage, a customer testimonial or proof that a product performs in a particular way.
Will it show my exact product?
These packages focus on mood and story. AI can change product shape, labels and small details. Exact product likeness, branded packaging and product demonstrations need a separately agreed asset-led edit. We will review feasibility before accepting the brief.
What does one light edit round cover?
One consolidated set of changes to captions, trim points or sound levels using the accepted footage. New scenes, a new creative direction or regeneration are outside that round. A revision schedule is agreed when your notes arrive.
Can I use the finished files in ads?
Tell us your intended placements before we begin so usage can be agreed in writing. You must have rights to any assets you supply and review the final creative, claims and platform disclosure rules. We do not promise platform approval, sales or performance, and we do not use real-person impersonations or uncleared music.
What does 1080 × 1920 mean here?
It is the resolution of the delivered vertical MP4. Current generated footage starts at 720 × 1280 and is carefully upscaled during finishing. The higher delivery resolution does not create native 1080p detail.
How do ordering, refunds and delivery work?
