Prices and payment

Shop prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Check the exact product and total on the hosted payment page before paying. We do not handle card details. Razorpay processes payments. A checkout request, payment screenshot or return URL is not confirmation of a completed payment.

Digital downloads

Enter a valid email address when ordering. After Razorpay confirms the payment, we send a private download link to that address within 24 hours. Links expire after six days; contact support for a replacement if needed. Downloaded files can be kept subject to the product's license. There is no physical shipping.

The playbook includes a PDF, editable templates and worksheets. Its templates are original, untested starting points and do not promise views or sales. The Vow in Red contains ten ordered MP4 episodes; episodes 1–3 are free, and the full season was briefly public during its initial preview. Legacy preview links may remain accessible; this is a full-season download purchase, not a promise of exclusive access.

Usage rights

Playbook hooks and prompts may be adapted for your own or client projects. Do not resell or redistribute the book or template collection. The Vow in Red is for personal, noncommercial viewing; no redistribution, reupload or resale rights are included. Occasion templates include a license for personalized finished outputs for your own or client projects; do not redistribute the editor, source files or template collection. Production Desk is licensed to one buyer or business for its projects and client work; the app and kit may not be redistributed or resold. Fonts and supplied third-party resources retain their included licenses.

Custom video projects

Send a brief first. We confirm your scope, availability, usage, total and delivery date in writing before taking payment. The 3-short and 10-short packages use a 48-hour delivery clock only after a complete brief is accepted and payment confirmed. A light edit round covers agreed caption, timing and colour changes; new concepts or generation are quoted separately. AI imagery may vary from exact physical products. New Sora-backed custom orders close on 12 October 2026, subject to available capacity.

Problems and refund requests

Contact hello@sociobot.in with the payment ID, product and problem. For a missing, corrupt or incorrect file, we first help restore the correct delivery. Send duplicate-payment, cancellation or refund requests promptly; the owner reviews them individually. Refunds are not automatic and this page does not promise approval. These terms do not exclude rights that apply under law.

Privacy and contact

The studio brief builder runs in your browser. Checkout collects your name, email and phone number and shares them with Razorpay to create your payment link. We use your email for delivery and purchase support. We retain payment identifiers and fulfillment records to prevent duplicate delivery and resolve support issues. We do not request or store card details. Azure hosts the pages and files; Razorpay handles payment information under its own policies. No advertising analytics is installed on these shop pages.

Personal business outreach identifies Divyesh Bine, Sociobot and includes a working reply address. Reply “no thanks” to stop further outreach. Opt-outs are kept in a permanent suppression list.
